What I've been up to during quarantine.....

I'm normally a bit of a road warrior, so this whole quarantine thing has really been an adjustment.  I do most of my work on-site helping clients improve their businesses, and I have a really diverse client base, so I get to work with all kinds of businesses see and learn all kinds of things!  Being limited and having to work from home gave me some time to dedicate myself to something I've wanted to do for a long time - creating online content and learning opportunities.  

And this week, I'm going to have a big announcement!  

I'm a real believer in quality and operational excellence.  And I’d like to tell you about WHY I do what I do, and why I’d like to help YOU get BETTER QUALITY and MORE VALUE out of your quality efforts.  

The reason I wanted to share my story with you is because I want you to know me. And I want you to know that I can help you, too.  My clients tell me one of my Super Powers is to make ISO9001 easier to understand, and I help them find easy ways to comply with the standard.  But even more important, see real results in the form of better quality and a better business.  

 As you’ll see, I help people build robust and comprehensive quality systems that are also easy to understand, and most importantly, lean with only what you need.
